TERMS
Green fees
The cancellation terms of the relevant golf course are shared at booking. Once the course's deadline has passed, the green fee remains due.
Golf club hire
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before delivery. Later cancellations and shortened hire periods are not refunded.
Coaching
A 50% deposit is due at booking, with the balance 15 days before the programme starts. More than 60 days ahead: the deposit is refunded. From 60 to 15 days: it is retained. Under 15 days: the full amount is due. Accommodation and transfers follow partner agency terms.
Workshops and golf incentive
Cancellation terms depend on the payment method. A workshop may be rescheduled once free of charge, more than 15 days ahead, subject to availability.
Rescheduling and cancellation by The Green Society
A coaching programme may be rescheduled once free of charge more than 30 days ahead, subject to availability. If a course closes, weather prevents play or the coach is unavailable, The Green Society offers a new date or a full refund of amounts paid to it.
How to cancel
Write to hello@thegreensociety.golf. The date received applies. Refunds are issued within 15 days using the original payment method.
